Her Body is a 5-week deep-dive into the mysteries of the woman’s body. With a focus on hormones, homeostasis, health-mind-body-energetics connections and more, Vienda; a psychology-informed women’s educator, and Sarah; a qualified nutritionist and women’s health expert are teaming up together to take you on this journey.
Jointly with over 20 years of inquisitiveness, education and study as well as self-administered investigation on physical well-being and thriving plus two entire lifetimes inside women’s bodies, we have a lot to say, disseminate and offer on the topic.
Across the five weeks, we will share our stories, practices, rituals and beliefs around ageing gracefully, wellness and beauty culture, personal practices, things we have learned from our own experiences with dis-ease, wellness, ageing and more.

Designed to help you connect to your body, this primer will equip you with powerful tools for tuning into your feminine rhythms. You'll be partnered up with an accountability listening partner from the Her Body group, and receive a range of daily suggested inclusions and rituals to attune you to your body's inherent wisdom, priming you to fully embody the richer teachings ahead.
Class 1: Energetics
Learn how to navigate the ever-changing state of flux and uncertainty that often comes with being in a woman’s body. We'll explore where the desire to change and control our bodies stems from and how to surrender to the ebb and flow of life's tides. Plus, how to attune to the subtle energetic nuances of your female body; how your emotions are intricately woven with your energetics; and how to harness the power of movement to facilitate energy flow.
Class 2: Nourishment
Redefine your relationship with food, discovering how much you truly need to eat to be nourished and grounded. We'll explore how the right foods can calm your being and support hormonal balance. Plus, you'll learn exactly how to use (and not over or under-use) supplementation and mineral intake for optimal well-being.
Class 3: Natural Beauty + Ageing
Embrace the natural changes your body undergoes as you gracefully age. Get ready to get your hands oily and learn facial massage, face yoga, facial acupressure, and lymphatic drainage to promote radiant beauty from the inside out. Plus: nervous system support and the art of face mapping, which reveals how different areas of your face relate to specific organs in your body.
Class 4: Self-Care + Healing
Discover the art of finding balance to heal and soothe for better energy levels. We'll explore the truth that there is no perfect system or structure for balance. You'll discover the power of nervous system regulation and how to avoid extremes like dieting, fasting, and trendy quick fixes.
